Booking conditions
Dear guests,
To make a reservation for one of our four boutique houses in alpine style you need to prepay 50% of the amount of the offer prepared for you for the entire period of your stay.
To make a reservation for a promo package for a stay with us you need to prepay 100% of the price of the selected promo package.
To book a stay during the Easter, New Year and Christmas holidays, it is necessary to prepay 50% of the price of the stay, and the remaining 50% is prepaid no later than 30 days before the date of accommodation. In case of non-payment of the second half of the amount within this period, the prepaid amount is used as a penalty and the reservation is canceled without notice.
Cancellation policy
In case of non-appearance of guests, without prior notice for cancellation of the reservation, the amount prepaid by them is fully utilized as a penalty due to dropped employment, immediately before the scheduled date and time of accommodation.
In case the guests wish to cancel a reservation already made, they must notify their intentions at least seven days before the date of their accommodation. In this case, the amount prepaid by them will be used as a deposit for the next visit for a period not longer than six months from the date of cancellation of the reservation. This option is one-time for the reservation.
In case the guests wish to cancel a reservation already made less than seven days before the date of accommodation, half of the prepaid amount is used as a penalty, and the other half remains as a deposit for the next visit for a period not exceeding six months from the date of cancellation of the reservation. This option is one-time for the reservation.
Upon leaving the complex before the expiration of the period for which the reservation was made, guests must pay the full amount of the reservation, regardless of how many days are left in the complex.
